Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Payable Executive to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing vendor invoices, managing payments, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring timely payment of liabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
· Process and verify vendor invoices with accuracy.
· Reconcile vendor statements and resolve invoice discrepancies.
· Prepare and process vendor payments as per payment schedules.
· Maintain accounts payable records and supporting documentation.
· Coordinate with vendors and internal departments regarding payment-related queries.
· Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, GST, and TDS requirements.
· Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
· Generate accounts payable reports and support internal and external audits.

Qualifications:

B.Com or M.Com
· 1–3 years of experience in Accounts Payable or a similar accounting role.
· Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP software.
· Good understanding of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and vendor payment processes.
· Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
· Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
