Role : Associate Project Manager

We are looking for an Associate Project Manager with a strong technical understanding to manage the delivery of enterprise-level software and AI solutions.

Responsibilities
* Understand client requirements and coordinate with technical teams.
* Plan and manage project schedules, sprints, and task assignments.
* Monitor project progress, risks, and deliverables.
* Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure smooth project execution.
* Communicate project updates with clients and internal stakeholders.
* Ensure projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.

Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
* Good understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
* Strong technical exposure to enterprise software development concepts.
* Ability to understand technical discussions and effectively coordinate between clients and development teams.
* Ideal candidates will have prior software development experience. Previous experience as a Business Analyst, Project Coordinator, or in a similar technical role is also highly preferred.
* Excellent planning, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
* Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar project management tools is preferred.
