Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Automation Test Engineer to design, develop, and execute automated test scripts to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our software applications. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in test automation, functional testing, API testing, and defect management.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks.
Execute automated and manual test cases for web and application-based products.
Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
Identify, document, track, and verify software defects.
Work closely with developers, business analysts, and other QA team members to resolve issues.
Develop and maintain reusable automation test scripts.
Perform API testing using tools such as Postman or similar tools.
Analyze test results and prepare test reports.
Participate in test planning, test case preparation, and estimation.
Integrate automation tests into CI/CD pipelines where applicable.
Ensure adequate test coverage and maintain testing documentation.
Contribute to improving QA processes, automation frameworks, and testing standards.
Required Skills
2–5 years of experience in Software Testing / Test Automation.
Strong knowledge of Selenium / Playwright / Cypress or similar automation tools.
Good programming knowledge in Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript/TypeScript.
Experience in API testing and tools such as Postman.
Good understanding of SQL and database testing.
Strong knowledge of SDLC and STLC.
Experience with Git/GitHub/GitLab.
Understanding of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions is an advantage.
Good understanding of defect tracking tools such as Jira.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
