Job Title: BIM Engineer
Location: Kochi
Experience: 3-8 years

Profile Summary
BIM Engineer with 3–8 years of experience in 3D MEP modeling and coordination. Proficient in Revit MEP, Fabrication CAD MEP, and BIM coordination, with strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, mechanical, and fire protection systems.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop accurate 3D MEP models and shop drawings using Revit MEP/Fabrication CAD MEP.
• Interpret design drawings, specifications, and markups as per project BIM standards.
• Perform clash detection, coordination, and issue resolution using Navisworks, Revizto, and BIMcollab.
• Maintain BIM standards, model accuracy, and project documentation.
• Track deliverables, coordinate with teams, and meet project deadlines.
• Support junior team members and assist in resolving technical issues.
Skills & Qualifications
• B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering with relevant MEP/BIM experience.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing, Mechanical, and Fire Protection systems.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP and hands-on Revit Fabrication experience.
• Working knowledge of Fabrication CAD MEP and AutoCAD 2D detailing.
• Experience with Navisworks for clash detection and coordination.
• Knowledge of ACC/BIM 360 for model/document collaboration.
• Experience with Revizto/BIMcollab for issue tracking and coordination.
• Understanding of BIM standards, LOD, shop drawings, and quantity take-offs.
• Strong analytical, communication, teamwork, and time-management skills.
