💼 Prior experience as a Telecaller or in a similar customer-facing role is preferred.

🏆 Sales training or certification will be an added advantage.

💻 Basic computer knowledge is required.

🌍 Ability to adapt communication style based on different customer situations.

📚 Good research, documentation, and record-keeping skills.
