Commercial Executive

Location: Kochi, Kerala | Experience: 1–2 Years

Purpose of the Role:

To provide centralized commercial processing, documentation, data management and MIS support to the GCCD team in Muscat.

Key Responsibilities:
· Support processing and documentation of POs, vendor invoices, payment certificates and commercial transactions.
· Verify basic completeness of supporting documents, PO/GRN/SCN references and invoice information.
· Maintain trackers for POs, invoices, payments, prepayments, contracts, billing and collections.
· Assist in preparation and updating of project costing, procurement, billing and cash-flow reports.
· Prepare periodic commercial MIS and exception reports.
· Maintain proper electronic filing, document control and audit trail.
· Follow up with business units for pending documents/information and escalate overdue items to the Muscat team.
· Ensure compliance with Commercial Manual, GCCD procedures, formats and SLAs.

Qualifications & Skills
· B.Com / BBA / Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
· 1–2 years' experience in commercial, accounts payable, procurement or finance operations preferred.
· Good MS Excel and MS Office skills; Oracle/ ERP knowledge preferred.
· Good numerical ability, attention to detail, documentation and follow-up skills.
· Willingness to learn commercial/project processes.
