Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced GoHighLevel (GHL) Specialist to manage and optimize CRM systems, marketing automation workflows, sales funnels, landing pages, and lead management processes. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with GoHighLevel, workflow automation, campaign setup, and third-party integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
● Set up, configure, and manage GoHighLevel (GHL) accounts, sub-accounts, and CRM pipelines.
● Build and maintain automated workflows for lead nurturing, follow-ups, appointment reminders, and customer communication.
● Create and optimize landing pages, sales funnels, forms, surveys, and websites using GoHighLevel.
● Configure calendars, appointment booking systems, and automated notifications.
● Manage email and SMS marketing campaigns, templates, and follow-up sequences.
● Set up triggers, tags, custom fields, and pipeline stages to improve lead management.
● Integrate GoHighLevel with third-party applications using native integrations, webhooks, and APIs where required.
● Troubleshoot workflow issues, integration errors, and CRM configuration problems.
● Monitor automation performance and recommend improvements to increase conversions and operational efficiency.
● Maintain documentation of workflows, integrations, and CRM configurations.
● Coordinate with internal teams and clients to understand business requirements and implement suitable automation solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
● Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (GHL).
● Strong understanding of CRM setup, pipeline management, and lead lifecycle automation.
● Practical experience building workflows, triggers, conditional logic, and automated follow-up sequences.
● Experience creating landing pages, funnels, forms, surveys, and booking calendars.
● Knowledge of email marketing, SMS automation, and lead nurturing.
● Familiarity with domain configuration, email deliverability, and phone/SMS setup.
● Experience with third-party integrations, webhooks, and API-based connections is an advantage.
● Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
● Good communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
● Experience working with digital marketing agencies or multiple client accounts.
● Familiarity with Zapier, Make, or similar automation platforms.
● Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
● Experience with conversion tracking, reporting, and funnel optimization.
Qualifications:
● Any degree or diploma in media, communication, digital marketing, or visual arts will be considered.
