About the role:
We are looking for an experienced Growth Marketing Manager to develop and drive marketing activities across Phases.

This is a strategic and hands-on role. You will be responsible for connecting marketing, customer journeys, lead generation and sales—from the first website visit through remarketing, content, email campaigns and lead nurturing.

Over time, the role may develop into responsibility for building and leading a small marketing team.

Key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies that support business goals.
- Invent, map and optimize customer journeys, funnels and lead generation activities.
- Plan and run paid and organic campaigns across search, social media and email.
- Create campaign concepts, landing pages, emails and downloadable content.
- Connect marketing activities with the sales process.
- Monitor performance and use data to improve campaigns and conversions.
- Coordinate marketing activities across multiple brands and internal teams.
- Help build the processes, tools and structure needed for a scalable marketing function.
- Collaborating closely with leadership, but driving the change.

Required experience and skills:
- Proven experience with strategic marketing.
- Hands-on experience developing and executing digital marketing campaigns.
- Experience with customer journeys, funnels, lead generation and conversion.
- Experience with paid and organic marketing, including search, social media and email.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to create marketing content or manage the content creation process.
- Strong communication skills and professional proficiency in English.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of the marketing function.
- Experience with B2B marketing, SaaS/products, technology or digital services, CRM systems, SEO, or team leadership would be an advantage.
