Who You Are

Fluent in Flemish and English (other languages like French, Spanish, Arabic are a plus but not required). Proven experience in B2B outbound sales, ideally in SaaS or a fast-paced commercial environment. A background in hospitality is a plus. Target-driven and proactive, with a genuine love for closing deals and exceeding KPIs. Strong communicator and influencer, comfortable handling short sales cycles and fast decisions. Entrepreneurial mindset — excited by the idea of building something new, working in ambiguity, and iterating fast. Organized and autonomous, able to manage a pipeline efficiently while staying resilient in a test-and-learn setting. Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools is a plus.
