Supplier Quality Assurance & Process Audits (VDA 6.3)
Executing supplier part maturation, supplier PPAP approvals, Run-at-Rate/capacity assessments, and VDA 6.3 process audit evaluations.
Metrology, Gauging & CMM Validation
Design, validation, and sign-off of inspection fixtures, attribute/variable gauges, CMM program inspection protocols, and optical measurement reports.
Design for Manufacturability & Assembly (DFM / DFA / DFX)
Providing quality & manufacturing feasibility feedback during early CAD/design concept stages to eliminate assembly bottlenecks.
