Requirements

• Mandatory knowledge of Danish language (min.
• B2 level) Knowledge of English (min.
• B2 level) Analytical thinking Ability to work in a team Ability to comprehend the project policy guidelines Good hands and eye coordination for annotation Attention to detail Client focus Nice to have : GIS system experience.

Responsibilities

• Providing support and resolving client’s inquiries Deliver high standard service based on project KPIs Maintaining absolute confidentiality of project and client data Working in the ticketing system
