Want to help define what’s next for Uber in Australia and New Zealand?
As a Public Policy Manager at Uber, you will help influence the policy and regulatory environment across our mobility and delivery businesses. You will develop and execute strategies on priority issues, build trusted relationships with government and external stakeholders, and advocate for practical reforms that support Uber’s products, earners and customers.

The environment is fast-paced and requires you to execute on high-priority initiatives thoughtfully and creatively. • Work closely with Legal, Communications, Marketing and Operations to align policy work with business priorities. Spot emerging policy risks and opportunities and help the business respond early.

What you'll need

  • 7+ years of experience in public policy, politics or government affairs. We will also consider candidates from related backgrounds, including legal or public affairs roles with strong policy exposure.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead multiple policy initiatives at once with sound judgement, creativity and a strong focus on outcomes.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trust across diverse internal and external groups.
