Job Description
- Provides E2E AIT solutions (from concept phase to series safe launch) based on target Q/C/T from our customer of ECU product development team
- Meanwhile, ETI promotes and landing beneficial new innovative technologies (from benchmark, or new market trends) into ECU products for market competitiveness
Qualifications
- Good overview of ECU assembly process e.g. PCBA soldering (SMT, THT, PCB substate) and Final assembly of Chemical AIT (TIM, sealing, glue) & Mechanical AIT (screw, laser welding)
- Good knowledge in product engineering mythology (e.g. problem solving, DRBFM, DfM, DfR)
- Good project management skill to handle project Q/C/T , especially cost mindset for product PPC, VA
- Excellent communication skill within AIT SE team and w/ customer SE team (Cross GB/function/international)
