About the role

Champion Safety : Maintain a clean, safe lab environment and follow all safety protocols. Hands-On Formulation : Prepare, apply, and test coatings to meet customer and commercial needs. Plan & Execute : Organize your daily/weekly lab work with guidance from senior team members. Analyze & Report : Record results accurately, analyze data, and make recommendations based on your findings. Grow your Expertise: Deepen your knowledge of coating chemistry and formulation techniques. About you A postgraduate degree (or equivalent) in a relevant scientific field. 2–3 years of hands-on lab experience. Strong practical skills and a methodical approach to lab work. Good command of English and Spanish. Knowledge of paints and coatings is a plus!
