Identify and engage decision-makers across engineering, R&D, digital, and IT organizations. Build and execute account growth strategies together with senior leadership. Develop opportunities from initial contact through proposal and contract negotiations. Position consulting, software engineering, AI, cloud, digital engineering, and managed service offerings. Collaborate with solution teams to create compelling customer value propositions. Build long-term executive relationships while continuously expanding the account. Monitor market trends, customer strategies, and competitive landscape. Qualifications We are looking for someone who has: Several years of successful B2B sales experience within IT services, engineering services, or technology consulting. Strong hunting mentality and a proven ability to create business where no opportunity previously existed. Experience selling into large enterprise organizations with multiple stakeholders. Good understanding of software development, R&D organizations, or digital engineering. Ability to engage both technical and business executives. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Fluent English, both written and spoken.
