Position– SAP Technical Evaluator
Job Type: Part-Time[EST]
Location: Remote

Job Summary
JTSi is seeking a detail-oriented SAP Technical Evaluator to support our recruitment team in identifying and evaluating qualified SAP professionals for various projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SAP technologies and modules, along with experience in resume screening and candidate evaluation within the SAP domain.

This is a part-time remote opportunity suited for an individual who understands SAP technical requirements and can effectively match candidate experience against job descriptions.

Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Review and analyze resumes to identify candidates with relevant SAP skills and experience.
2. Screen candidates against predefined technical and project requirements.
3. Evaluate experience across various SAP modules
4. Compare candidate qualifications, technical skills, certifications, and project experience with job requirements.
5. Identify relevant keywords, technologies, tools, and domain experience within resumes.
6. Provide clear screening notes and feedback to recruiters regarding candidate suitability.
7. Collaborate with recruiters to understand open positions and specific client requirements.
8. Assist in improving resume screening processes, search criteria, and screening templates.
9. Stay informed about SAP technologies, modules, certifications, and industry trends.
10. Manage multiple resumes and screening assignments while meeting deadlines

Must have skills:
1. Ability to understand SAP job descriptions and identify required technical skills.
2. Strong understanding of SAP technologies and solutions, particularly SAP Basis, SAP Security, SAP HANA, and SAP S/4HANA.
3. Strong analytical and resume evaluation skills.
4. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
5. Good written and verbal communication skills.
