What You'll Do Lead and Grow the Teams: Manage and mentor one or more teams. Hire and develop talent to support company growth and evolving product needs. Own the Product Roadmap & Execution: Partner with Product, Design, and GTM to define priorities, translate customer needs into clear plans, and drive delivery with strong operational rigor (planning, quality, and predictable execution).
