Job Overview.
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven SEO Specialist/Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in managing SEO campaigns, analyzing website performance, identifying opportunities for organic growth, and implementing
effective SEO strategies across multiple projects. The candidate should be capable of independently managing SEO activities and working closely
with content and development teams to ensure successful implementation.
Key Responsibilities
● Develop and execute effective SEO strategies to improve organic visibility, rankings, traffic, and conversions.
● Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
● Perform detailed On-Page SEO audits and implement recommendations across websites.
● Optimize meta titles, meta descriptions, headings, content, URLs, internal linking, images, and other on-page elements.
● Manage and resolve Technical SEO issues, including crawling, indexing, redirects, canonical tags, sitemap, robots.txt, structured data, and Core Web Vitals.
● Conduct regular SEO audits and website health checks and provide actionable recommendations.
● Implement and manage Local SEO activities, including Google Business Profile and local keyword strategies.
● Analyze website performance using Google Search Console and GA4 and identify areas for improvement.
● Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, conversions, and other SEO KPIs.
● Prepare and present monthly SEO performance reports with insights and recommendations.
● Work closely with content writers and developers to implement SEO recommendations.
● Identify low-performing pages and develop strategies to improve their organic traffic and search visibility.
● Monitor algorithm updates and industry trends and adjust SEO strategies accordingly.
● Manage multiple SEO projects simultaneously and ensure activities are completed within deadlines.
● Identify and troubleshoot SEO issues independently and provide practical solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications
● 2–3 years of hands-on experience in SEO.
● Strong expertise in On-Page, Technical, Off-Page, and Local SEO.
● Proficiency in Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
● Experience using SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, or similar platforms.
● Strong expertise in keyword research, competitor analysis, SEO audits, and performance analysis.
● Strong knowledge of Technical SEO, crawling, indexing, redirects, canonicalization, structured data, XML sitemaps, robots.txt, and Core Web Vitals.
● Experience with Google Business Profile and Local SEO.
● Strong understanding of content optimization and search intent.
● Ability to analyze data and convert insights into actionable SEO strategies.
● Strong communication and coordination skills.
● Ability to independently manage multiple SEO projects.
● Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
● Ability to work with developers and content teams for SEO implementation.

Preferred Qualifications
● Experience working with WordPress, Shopify..
● Experience managing SEO for local and international websites.
● Experience with e-commerce SEO is an advantage.
● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field is preferred.
