Job Description
- Ensure SMT lines (placement, oven, printing,SPI/AOI/AXI, laser marking and conveyor) running smoothly
- Support production and process team
- Support and conduct implementation of BPS
- Ensure low downtime and high OEE of equipment, low failure rate
- Reach QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery) targets by continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Trouble shooting for all SMT production line equipment and offline equipment
- Basic program debug, optimization
- Regular TPM of equipment (Screen printing, Placement, Reflow Oven, Cleaning machine)
- Regular maintenance for tooling and spare parts (Placement head, feeder, stencil, fixtures, etc)
- Keep self-learning and exploration to improve self-competence
- Provide support during sample production/EWAK
- Product quality problem disposal
- Reflow oven profile test boarding making
- Reduce product failure rate and machine downtime
- Technical support engineer if necessary
- Other tasks from supervisor
